Legal Terms and Conditions

Delivery:
All good will be transported via "best possible" routing at the discretion of Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc., unless specific delivery and/or carrier requirements are noted by purchaser on order. Any claims for damage or loss of goods in transmit must be directed to the carrier and not to Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc. On receipt of good for shipment by carrier, carrier assumes full responsibility for those goods without exception. Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc packages products to the best of our ability. Any damage to the product is the carrier's responsibility. A claim must be filed by the customer to the delivering carrier for any products damaged during transit. All products shipped F.O.B., St. Louis Missouri.

Terms:
C.O.D. orders are accepted on a certified check only basis. International shipments must be prepaid in full, by cashier's check in U.S. funds. Truck shipments must be prepaid in full and the truck line will collect freight charges at delivery. You may use Master Card or Visa for payment on prepaid USA U.P.S. orders. Please do not send cash. Thank you.

On all Master Card and Visa orders, the card holders name and address must be the same as the shipping name and address.

Deposits:
All frame orders and special orders must be prepaid in full.

Returns:
C.O.D shipments will not be accepted. There are no exceptions.

Return authorization is required, 30 day limitation. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on frames and/or special orders.

Minimum Order:
All orders must exceed $20.00. Orders placed under $20.00 will be assessed a $4.00 service charge.

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. NOTE: Prices change daily, confirm your price while placing your order. Thank you.

Note:
Many of our Volkswagen parts listed in this catalog are extremely hard to source and keep in inventory. Suppliers are constantly in and out of stock on many items. In the event you get a back order on a particular item; bare with us, we will do our best to get the part to you as fast as possible. Thank you.

Backorders:
All backordered items normally will be back in stock within 5 - 7 days. If you wish to cancel a backordered part, please call our shipping department.

Part Warranty:
There is a wide variety of different manufacturers' warranties which apply to the parts in this catalog. If a problem occurs and it appears to be the fault of the product, contact us immediately. Whenever, in the sole opinion of Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc., an adjustment should be made, we will do so excluding shop labor. Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc. will not be responsible for an incidental or consequential damages including direct or indirect labor, towing, loading, garage repair, medical or legal expenses in any way attributable to the used of any item in this catalog or the delay or inconvenience caused by the necessity of replacing or repairing any such item. Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc. does not warrant that the items in this catalog are of merchantable quality nor that they can used for any particular purpose. Also, it it understood that Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc is a distributor and not the manufacturer of the products sold here under Archway Import Auto Parts, Inc. maximum liability shall not exceed the contract price for the parts claimed to be defective.
